In episode 40 of Game Center CX, aired in late 2006, Chief Arino visits Ayase Batting Center located in Adachi, Tokyo. At about 2 minutes into the episode we get our first glimpse of two Konami Domy H.V. cabinets in the wild. Shortly following is about 1 minute of closeup game-play footage of Arino playing Super World Stadium '93 on one of the H.V. cabinets, after walking past what appears like two additional H.V.s.Archive.org currently hosts a copy of this episode available at this link:
